Registration Fees All fees must be fully paid prior to attending the forum. Fees are listed in U.S. dollars and includes admission to all listed sessions, all program materials, break fast, lunch, break and the cocktail reception. Hawaii General Excise Tax 4.712% is included in the fees.
Deadlines To qualify for the advance registration fee, your registration must be received by April 24, 2010. RSVP after May 10, 2010 will add $50 per person.

Validated parking rate for the conference is $8.00 per car per entry.
